Lectio Divina (Lek’-tee-oh Duh-vee’-nuh), Latin for “divine reading,” is an ancient contemplative practice. Obedience Planning Prayer is prayerful self-observation and planning for following a Scriptural principle in your life.
Examen (pronounced “examine”) is looking back over a time period and observing when and where you noticed God’s presence and movement in your life and when God was relatively absent from your awareness or seemed far away.
